Unprinted Label

Self-adhesive labels; coated, pharma coated, metallized coated, coated sursaj, vellum, eco thermal, top thermal etc. It can be printed on adhesive paper materials as well as ultra clear, opaque, opaque pp, opaque pe, transparent pe, transparent pp, metallized pp, gold pp, pet white, silver matte, hologram etc. It can also be easily printed on film materials.

In line with your request, we manufacture unprinted roll labels in the sizes you want, in different paper and adhesive types according to your needs and usage area.

The main paper types we produce labels are; coated, metallized coated, fastyre coated, laminated thermal, eco thermal, pp transparent, pe transparent, pp metalized, pp opaque, pp matte opaque, silvermat etc.

The main types of paper adhesive we produce labels; acrylic, hotmelt, nonperm, diffuse etc.
Unprinted labels can be used with or without ribbon barcode printers, depending on their type.

Vellum Label

Vellum labels are a type of label that is printed with the thermal transfer printing method, with a rough and porous surface. Because the surface is porous, prints made with ribbon are more permanent and durable. Wax or wax/resin ribbon is used. It has a matte appearance. It is moderately resistant to water, heat, humidity and friction.

Coated Label

Coated labels are a type of label that has a semi-gloss surface, smooth and no pits. Its cost is lower than vellum labels, and thanks to its smooth surface, very good results are obtained in printing with ribbon. Wax or wax/resin ribbon is used. It can be diversified as glossy and semi-matt. It is moderately resistant to water, heat, humidity and friction.

Eco Thermal Label

It is a type of label that does not have a protective layer on its surface, which is printed without ribs by direct thermal printing method. It is printed thermally (with heat), no ribbon is used. Due to its scratchable surface, its resistance to heat, humidity and friction is low, so it has an average shelf life of 3-6 months. The barcode printer for which thermal labels will be used must be suitable for thermal printing.

Ball (Laminated) Thermal Label

It is a type of label that is printed by direct printing method without using ribbons like Eco thermal. There is a protective layer on the upper part of the label. Thanks to this feature, it has a longer life than the Eco thermal label. It is more resistant to heat, moisture and friction. Despite the fact that the thermal label is easily tarnished and dirty despite minor impacts and friction, Laminated Thermal Label is more resistant to such interactions. The cost of the laminated thermal label is higher than the eco thermal label because it is more durable.

Opaque Label

Opaque Polypropylene (Opaque PP) Label and Opaque Polyethylene (Opaque PE) Label is a special type of label with a glossy surface, plastic-based, suitable for ribbon printing. Barcodes and QR codes printed on opaque pp labels may cause problems in being read by reader devices, as the surface may reflect light due to its glossy surface.

Silver Label

It is a special adhesive label type that is resistant to heat and cold, both on the upper surface and the adhesive surface gray (matt or glossy gray). It is a non-tearing private label raw material. It is superior to other labels in terms of weight and quality. Thanks to this feature, it is generally used for asset tags. It is suitable for printing with a ribbon, and generally printing is done with a resin ribbon. It maintains its printing and adhesive properties for a long time.

The upper surface of the label is painted with metallic gray or gold gilding paint. It is a label raw material that has a bright surface and does not tear. Suitable for ribbon printing. It is similar in appearance to the silvermat label, but the adhesive part of the metallized label is not metal-colored as in the silvermat label. At the same time, it is less resistant to heat and temperature compared to the sivermat label. Resin ribbon should be used to get high quality printing results.

Fluorescent Label

Fluorescent label types are in the group of paper-based labels. It is a label raw material with a matte surface and tearing. It is a label raw material suitable for ribbon printing. Fluorescent labels produced with self-painted floors are not resistant to water and humidity. It is produced in 5 main colors as Yellow, Green, Blue, Red and Orange. All of the colors are in the hue known as phosphorescent.
